Tracy started her career in 1991 with Inland Container Corporation in Maysville, Kentucky completing training in all aspects of logistics and scheduling. Tracy then worked at Cedar River Paper Company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa as a Business Services Team Member supporting logistics, scheduling, information technology, quality and the office of the customer.
Tracy and her family moved back home to central Missouri where she was a Dispatch / Customer Service for Crete Carrier Corporation for the Payless Cashways Dedicated Fleet. Crete earned the Vendor of the Year Award while she was there for excellence in Customer Service. After Payless Cashways closed, Tracy found a career for 13 years with RBS, Incorporated as Lead Dispatch / Operations Manager. Tracy was responsible for acquiring loads for up to 35 flatbeds and step decks trucks to keep revenue up while maintaining a less than 10% ‘dead head’. Tracy resolved any issues with loads, drivers and any mechanical issues. Tracy maintained communication with her customers to ensure excellent customer service.
Since 2018, Tracy has been leading the Midwest office of BAM Transportation located in central Missouri, utilizing all of her past experience to ensure great customer service and smooth deliveries.
In her spare time Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and their family, which includes 6 children and 11 grandchildren. Her other interests are gardening, being a farm wife and riding horses.

Specializing in flatbed, hotshot, and van freight. Brittany works with carriers to ensure quick and easy deliveries that satisfy customers.
